Thats a Liberation problem, has nothing to do with the mod.

What should I do then? When I launch liberation with no mods I still got cheat detected.

Loading whatever you load you get cheat detected? It could be that VAC has evolved and Liberations bypass doesnt work anymore, I dont know.
