Help external ip 127.0.0.1

guys i have a problem with my server ... my server couldnt be able to detect my external ip .... it still shows 127.0.0.1 so i could not be able to host my dedicated server kindly help me.... ill be thankfull to u ...

and change NetworkInterface=255 to 0 or 1
