So VALVe has this yearly Christmas earn a lot of money scheme going again.
This year you have to collect "coal" by getting achievements in specific games.

(1st prize is EVERY GAME on Steam, btw, last year it was a priceless hat in TF2)

But if you check your inventory in Steam TODAY (next 17hours) you will receive a coupon that is valid from 2nd January 2012 till March 1st 2012 (DotA2 is released at that time afaik, so you can apply it on that for example) on all Valve games.

Actually, the first gift you get is random. I, for example, got Portal 2 and a 50% coupon on the game "The Ball", it's just luck.

Trollolol on one account I got a 33% coupon for Valve games and a 75% coupon for RISEN (never heard off)

On another I got a 25% coupon for Valve games.... And that was it. Lol.

My 25% coupon is good until March 2nd though, so its obvious that DOTA2 is released around then but not sure if valve intended to have coupons good until mid-March I think.

Expires 1-03-2012 and doesn't work on titles released after 2-01-2012

And I can use it on the valve complete pack, I think. So every valve game for 21 euro? hmm, seems good.

Too bad the only Valve game that is actually worth paying for NOW is only Portal 2. And no more than $15 or $20.

Btw, you won't be able to get DotA 2 with it unless it releases within 11 days. Which is not going to happen.
