AFK Plugin?

Would it be possible to make an AFK plugin that allows certain players to be on the server as long as they want? On my server, I have the inactivity timer set for 3 minutes...but it would be a lot more helpful if I could allow my clan members to be on it without being kicked...or even to set custom times...like give my clan members 10 minutes instead of 3?

@jaydi sv-_zombietime is the time until the player times out when the player lost connection.

The other dvars are not what @pollarpart requested.
