After new patch 1.09

After new patch is ready "Call of Dead" menu coop/solo but after intro give fast file error.
it_zombie_coast.ff present in zone but not other files in zone or main.

However BO trainer from Craig87 still work after delete craig.cfg
the best trainer ever thank

Same like every other patch, the loader/optimizer needs to be updated
