BO2 starts from onboard graphic card.

when I change to my Nvidea card::

now running the game:

the game will stuck.

I tryed windowed mode and normal fullscreen

Or maybe disable your onboard card? It might be trying to access it and get conflicted.

on MSI you CAN'T turn the onboard off.

Update to beta version of driver worked
