Ban cmd doesn't work.

try adding this in the plugins

If you are using latest permission plugin you need to create a folder in c drive called AdminTeknoMW3 (so c:\AdminTeknoMW3)

This will now store the bans instead of where it use to in the game main folder.

If it still does not work let me know and I will post the permission plugin I use as I have had the same problem.

i tried banning myself from the console but still the same issue
banned.dll is added to the plugin folder
is there anything i need to add in sv_config file ? or any ingame command ?
i am in contact with the hosting company but still they are defensive

The hosting company isn't who to blame. Unless whos the hosting company.

it's verygames.us
they have created then ban file manually but still nothing is being written in it

Is yours Linux?? I think that maybe your issue.

it is windows server
could it be an outdated server ?

no, otherwise no client will connect

issue resloved by the hosting company
it appears to be a ban file corruption
i have no access to it so it had to be checked by one of their staff

Oh and BTW you can run MW3 on a linux server. And you shoukd have access to everything if their a decent hosting company.
