This can add you a min of +20 FPS
Create an user.cfg file in your Gamefolder (where the exe is located)
Open it and copy this line
You can change the number 8 to match your pc.
Now start the game and go to your Graphic settings, modify 1-2 things as you want and Press OK every time it asks for confirmation.
Now you should have a min +20FPS ingame
