Below 30% Max Health plugin

I need a plugin which decreases max health below 30%.
15% for example .

Also inb4 bad creation of this (setting it to 15% all the time when <30%) resulting in godmode.

I bypassed it by changing the amount of damage taken, for instance you could do Damage / 100 * 30

it is possible to create that if in the dsr file you disable health regen i think. the plguin is easy to create.

Umm... Isn't it CommonOption.MaxHealth? You can edit it in the dsr..

I still do need such plugin which can deacrease max health below 30%.
10% can be suitable for me.
That would be much appreciate if some elite guy achieve this for humanity!
