Black Ops out

Today I've been passing through a game store and it already had Black Ops showing on their screen (Press Start to...) so... I know it comes out today, but isn't it a little bit later? Or is it legal already?

Not legal.
It will release in 4.5h on Steam.
Some countries already gave the ability to physically buy it in the store (for PC) but then you enter the key in Steam and Steam tells you to wait some more hours.

But if it says Press Start xxx then it's XBox and well, you don't need to wait for XBL for that and it works directly. And I think that XBL release is also in 4.5 h
