Cac menu help

Im sure this has been asked a million times and i appologize in advance.

Iv checked out the easy menu not really what im looking for so what i want to do is make classes say for example this is my menu loadout screen

Then of course when you hover over the class you want to pick it will show what your loadout settings are like what grenades you get what kill streaks are set for that class and what your secondary wep will be and so on i know its a simple fix but for some im having a programmers block

So pretty much the screen where you see all the loadouts that u have made i want to remove and change ot to a set load out that i allow in the game +rep on any help thanks much .
