Ok so MOBO is out of the question. What other parts are more than a year old in your system? Specifically your RAM andHDD.
how can the age of an item could be the reason that a PC wont start anymore?
as zxz said, try memtest86+ and/or try another power supply

I've had this power supply for almost 3 years.. I don't see how that could be the problem. Also the fact that it restarts directly after a crash. I did the memory test build in to windows yesterday, there were no problems (should I still try the memtest86?). I reformatted C: and D: when I reinstalled windows.
I have been trying to do virus scans, but it generally crashes before the scan finds any viruses. I'm also monitoring my computer's temperature..

Do you have a spare PSU that you can replace with the one you're using.

Dust ? Had the same problem once, solved once i cleaned it on the inside
