open your config_mp.cfg and play with these few lines to get texture modifications like this:

These DVARs are spreading around quickly. I wonder what Treyarch will do to fix this? Probably make it cheat protected or something.

i dont think that its patchable anyway, they exists since cod1 and are part of the playermodels texturing

The skin color only works on first person view model for me the player, don't see it on third person body models on other people like your screenshot.

wich ones don't effect the player textures but only the sky etc.?

wow good question, you need to test it. there are a lot of graphic tweaks.

Also it only applies it to bodies on the floor, not ppl who are alive.
