Default Loadout Restrictions

Ok, here goes. First of all, I would like to THANK ALL involved in giving CPR to MW3, yer doin a bang-up job.
Here's my stupid situation I cant seem to figure out. We are running the unlimited ammo plugin on our server,
and occasionally (really a lot lately) we have players do nothing but tube like a machine gun or throw nades
as fast as they can. So I tried to setup server with restrictions and allow custom classes, but when i set
it up in this way the player can still choose the default load outs which has nades, rocket launchers etc.,
which will still operate even though they are restricted in custom classes.Now I know I can set up to force
my choice of custom default load outs but I'd rather give the player the choice to play with their own setup
minus the nades, lunchers, etc. If anyone could shed some light on what im missin here I'd appreciate it, THANKS

Go to private match in MW3, then choose game configuration or something like that, then do the configurations, then click Save, choose a name, and done.

Thanks for the response but already done that, I know that I can create custom classes (that replace the default classes) and have done that many times, but when you create custom classes (defaults I choose), that takes away the users private match made classes. I am wanting only to change the default loadout because they include nades, flashes, tubes,
I have set restrictions in the dsr file but they only seem to restrict the players private match classes and dont apply to the default classes.
