Is there any way to mod the BO source files so that every time you get a kill you get, say, 999999 EXP points?

Nope, you can only get xp on ranked servers, and since you can't edit the files on a ranked server it's impossible. (now)

We can if they gave us something like ftp acces. But treyarch learned much in the first week, when we did xp mods. They won't be dumb that you can put leave rank-mods. Atleast it won't be easy.

it is possible but then u need to bypass the security(like they say)
but it aint easy
just let them do their job and be patient
