I've been no life playing this game for a few days and I wanted to get the nuketown mod by the same guy that made black and silver mod

Help me when I start black ops i get the message:

I verified files cache then it said 2 were broken and had to be re-acquiered then it started downloading for 5 min when the download was done it's still the same..

I didn't replace a folder? It's a file or have i installed it wrong? I replaced iw_26.iwd or something with that file so i have to put the folder in the mod folder shiii ok ill do that now then

EDIT:

I just fixed it by removing iw_26.iwd but how do i install the nuketown mod?

It says Installation:
just download iw_26.zip and exstract it and move iw_26.iwd to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty black ops\main
then play the game and you will see the textures

thats what I did when I got the error and the thread is really old :/

Maybe iw_26 way is patched. You can try to look in other iw's for files to replace names, and try.
