I can't disable it since windows (7) doesn't allow me to change settings, and I can't watch videos (ANY FUCKING VIDEO) because of that, I get a shit green screen instead, and after 2 seconds my chrome stops working and I need to force exist of course..

almost the same for 7, somewhere in the settings
if its blocked then you need to open the graphic card settings and disable it there:

I'm such an idiot, I forgot I can disable hardware acceleration by clicking the right click (on the video) > settings > uncheck enable hardware acceleration
