for good german servers go to x2-hosting.com
their homepage is in german but everything is straightforward, the controlpanel is in english so you just have to get passed the ordering phase
for the list u suggested gameservers has ok uk servers but they have limited ftp access, cant freely upload dll files
gamehosting has bad uk servers (laggspikes every 30 secs) and since a month ago they have removed all acces for dll uploads
havent used the other 3 so cant comment
