not possible,
it uses weaponfile to make akimbo looks like this
example:
playeranimtype/
It must use "akimbo", but it is "idle" or something like this.
And when you shoot you can see muzzleflash from your spine because it's undefined tag. ( tag_flash for 2nd )

he means when you're using akimbo weapon, it just shows one worldmodel. ( not as akimbo )
