Help Battlefield 3 - Error

Heyho,
have a Problem with battlefield 3:
ive downloaded the russian version(like everyone here) and changed the language like said here: http://elitekeys.com/battlefield-3-language-change

1.Problem:
When I want to play the campaign, i cant...
battlefield 3 starts but doesnt loads or soemthing. There jsut appears a moved bf3 picture... when i set it to russian in the registry, it works!

2.Problem: i cant play multiplayer!
When i click on "Multiplayer" in battlelog an error appears:
"Technical Error"

nvm.
had wrong files.
But why the hell doesnt work problem 2?

dont know why but pozzuh had a similar problem and contacted ea support, they changed something in his account and he can play again
