Help Chaos Cracking

So, I deobfuscated it, I'm using ILSpy right now as Smart Assembly Explorer (SAS) does not like it.

This program has been cracked more than two times and all of the times you only needed a php file hosted on a local server (xampp).

It's coded in C++/CLI if you are wondering (hence the strange <Module> references and whatnot).
