How to use this "effect editor"? what is it? so many question I can't even ask them, throw at me everything you know about this so called "effect editor".

Effects Editor is broken, Use Notepad to edit/create effects

For Ati users is broken.... Friend got Nvidia and works great and showing efects..... Its easy to use it Tongue
