Help Help - I'm New

Hey guys..
I'm Mike..

Basically I Rented a MW3 Server from gtxgaming.co.uk
Don't really know how to code or change things etc...

I just want to change what ever it is that people who join the server can jump high, and know how to change classes etc..
I don't know if its the gravity or jump height... I've read loads of threads.. But I am still so confused...
I am a really big supernoob...

Can anyone help..
I use that TCAdmin thingy (Don't know if thats any good to use but it was what was provided...)

I am sure someone can help cos' I dont know if I have to install a plugin or mod (think their the same?) but yeah... Please can someone help...
