Just my luck when someone asks for this exact thing, it's someone who's using a pirated version of some sort, well we have dedicated server paid for, and using legit MW3 from steam.
So my questions is exactly the same as this guys, only i'm using dedicated server and legit MW3

I've got the Welcome plugin, but that only displays who's connecting to members who's already in the game. I would like to know how to basically do the same, but instead of showing it to all the players in the game, just show an on join message to the person joining the game lol
Any help or even if you could make a small plugin that's editable via sv_config would be great!
