[Help] How to make the Ingame Menu

Is it possible to make a menu(a shop or admin menu) like the menu in game that allows you to change team, exit, change class?
I saw some functions about in the .gsc's and I think it might be possible to use it. Wouldn't it be a lot better than the other menus made for BO?

well that would indeed be *** epic but I am not sure if all the pro modders ( met94, dyl, atxatx etc ) never thought about this so I am not sure,
wich gsc files you saw functions in?

no the functions arent in mp folder so they wont go online, 2 the menus are files that are then precached into the game. mouse emulated menu is as close as ull get until modtools
