Help I need help with my mod.

I need help with my mod sorry if i posted this 2 times but i was told to post here any how if any one can help me this is what I wanna do.


-Xtreme Damage 1 hit kills
-Bit more blood splats
-Focus on CTF & Deathmatch Hardcore/None
-Dvars to smooth out Game play
-League CFG'S
-Logo in bottom right corner modifiable if possible
-Intro type righter text when player spawns modifiable if possible

All in all i just want a xtreme damage Compitition mod that will make BLOPS more Xtreme if this fails my second plan is to try and make a Hitloc style mod.

i edited a few weapons in the BLOPS ModTools and they are not in my mod at all i followed every thing i compile it and nothing happens also the sets i did don't take effect this is really getting on my skin every one is saying its very easy i believe them just it don't work on my pc unless i am doing something wrong.
