Help MW2_Liberation 1.06 error!

Well, I got this problem on the other Liberations aswell. I start up MW2_Liberation 1.06 and I run it as admin. I run steam as admin aswell. When I press load game, it will freeze for about 5 seconds and then it says Cheat Enabled this is obvious because Im banned but MW2_Liberation is a VAC_Bypasser so I dont know why it wouldnt work. But the error that shows up is this: Unable to communicate with Modern Warfare 2 Liberation module. Please allow network acces and try again.

Can someone please help me, because I want to mod again

this section is for releases only, please post in the liberation thread or in pc problem section. also nukem and i showed up several solutions to fix the problem
