Help Problem running multiple MW3 servers

Hey guys.
So I've got a weird new problem. The thing is I can't run more than two of them like I used to anymore. The first two that get 27014-27016 and 27017-27019 ports are fine, any other port after that just won't show up in the Internet list.

Here are my parameters for the two mentioned:

C:\sv1\iw5mp_server.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_queryPort 27014 +set net_port 27015 +set net_masterServerPort 27016 +set net_authPort 8766 +set sv_config "server1.cfg" +start_map_rotate

C:\sv2\iw5mp_server.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_queryPort 27017 +set net_port 27018 +set net_masterServerPort 27019 +set net_authPort 8766 +set sv_config "server2.cfg" +start_map_rotate

I also had Steam installed to run those two but no clue for the rest of them.

- It's a personal Windows 2008 VPS
- All the ports are open
- Firewall disabled

So guys what's going wrong here? any help would be appreciated.

This may be stupid but try to rename the .exes to different names.
