Help RotationThreshold

Hi
guys i know in new version of Addon there is a option in sv_config.cfg to disable RotationThreshold.

but i want to know is possible to disable RotationThreshold in older version ?!
with a plugin for that !
pleas i really need that pleas don't say use new version of plugin pleas if possible just give me a code or plugin to disable RotationThreshold in older version .
