Help Texture hack files

A mate of mine is using a texture hack like this


And I would like to know what IWD files are being used for the texture hack, so I can revert them back to their original state.

you cant revert them back to their original state, is just a replacement of the skin

jeh i know how to replace them but i want to know which iwd files (like iwd_00) to replace to orgi.
