Help removes such mistake

Help beside me server is chopped down and removes such inscription (iw5mp_server.exe has encountered a problem and need to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.
Where I can get correct file

- get all updates from steam / hldsupdatetool
- get latest addon - make sure all your plugins are up to date
