Help sony vegas best rendering settings?

i have problems getting the best rendering settings for sony vegas

look at this video, i had a solid 60 fps when recording but probably i did something wrong because the vid lags like hell and the quality is pretty shit in my opinion :S


anybody knows the best rendering settings for vegas?

A friend of mine has some nice rendering settings;
In the description of this video;

Render settings for 1080p:

Save as type: Sony AVC (*.mp4,*.m2ts,*.avc)
*Then click custom.*

Video:
Video format: AVC
Frame size: High definition (1920x1080) *[1280x720 for 720p]
Allow source to ajust frame size: unchecked
Profile: Baseline
Entropy coding: CABAC
Frame rate: 29,970 (NTSC) *[25,000 (PAL) if recorded in 25fps]
Allow source to ajust fram rate: unchecked
Field order: None (Progressive scan)
Pixel aspect ratio: 1,0000
Bit rate (bps): 8 000 000 *[Or higher (higher amount may improve quality, but will increase filesize), best quality is however achieved by putting this as close the the original file as possible]

Audio:
Audio format: AAC
Sample rate (Hz): 44 100
Bit rate (bps): 128 000
Audio coding mode: Stereo

System:
Format: MP4 file format (.mp4)

movie maker = amateur
adobe after effects cs4 = profesional
movie maker = for adding text
adobe after effects = for creating awesome video fx like in professional movies

already saw that video of your friend, had problems becuase it couldn't render but it suddenly works fine, so thanks @Rendflex
