replace the complete cooler with one of the posted ones, if your case is too small then look for a hyper 212+ from coolermaster (price/performance)
also if you are not sure, then save the money and get a new mainboard and cpu

be careful and watch some youtube vids if you never did this before^^
also apply some new thermal compound with a small dot

ye i saw many vids but i am waiting for my cousin come to my house and help me to intall all this because its a litle bit complicated to remove all the card
