Hosting Mods In Lobby

I was just wondering if I can force host in a game lobby that I just joined?
I just want to make sure, I don't think it is possible but just checking.

it is only "possible" in the lobbyscreen, i was selected several times as host after a match when i started to download a big file

Ow sorry, thought this was about BO, which has no lobbys.
But yes, get a firewall like NetLimiter and heavily limit the outgoing speed of MW2 when it says something about finding the best player to host.
Then when the game starts, immediately remove the limit to not kick everyone out.
