Hosting a lobby

Hey guys. I'm a complete noob when it comes to anything like this, but I'd like to know if there were any thorough tutorials on how to host my own lobby.

I don't want to host a challenge lobby. I just want to be able to gain experience (at the normal rate), and be able to control the map, and the game length, while letting others play.

I joined a game like it yesterday, and now I really want to host it on my own. I just joined domination like you normally would through the playlist. It was a domination game that lasted for around 5000 points before ending.

I just wanted to know if there's any way I could host a lobby like this on my own.

What scripting language would be required to program the "hack" you're going on about?

Wouldn't it be more efficient to just use someone else's "hacks" that have already been programmed, tested, and used many times?

Don't know if this would work, but if you are host, you could simply use SendCommandToConsole and change scr_dom_scorelimit to, for example, 0 (infinite match).

How do I use commands? Again, I'm new to the whole modding thing.

Also, could anyone test this, to see if it works?
