This a a basic server.cfg i configured it a bit just the basic so it will show up online and load.i would copy it and everthing below Server.cfg-configurable settings is something you have to change to your likeing. Dunno what it does, well there is a short description on what it does and change whats inside the "" or the number

Copy paste into your config and change settings to your liking example number of players or server name etc.

Maybe nfo servers use different ports??? and if you changed anything what did you change?

What do u mean download a dedicated server from steam library? Please be more specific.

you must be kidding me...

You can't install mods theres a addon for mw3 servers called @Nukem Server addon. You need that so you place the plugins into a the plugins folder. there for the game has been modded. Done.

these "plugin addons" are already mods

I got it... but it says NOT to put it in steam directory because u could get banned.
