How to change the plugin ? (based on the author's source code)

Hello.
Of course, thank you very much everyone for mw3 plugins.
I am using the Plugin Maker V3 (I try to use)

and after writing pliku.dll (plugin exists), but it does not work.
(does not match the file weight - compared with the original)
I do it:
copy / paste the source code generate and compile.
It is after all not be so difficult.
In my opinion, teaching others and helping the forum itself.
I would love to write once for all plugins here.
Please help or a guide on how to use the source code of the author.
