my server won't load at "Executing server config "server.cfg" ... it stucks right there
where is the problem :/ ?

Do you tried to write start_map_rotate into the console?
Because it is intendent to stuck right there.

Well because video tutorials clearly aren't my thing, here's a good ol' text-tutorial

1. First of all you're going to browse to your MW3 files
   These files can be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3
   (or program files instead of program files (x86) if you're running 32 bit)
   
   I don't care if you downloaded yours from steam, you're going to copy those files. DO IT.
   
2. If you did the last step, you should see something like this now:
   
   Now press CTRL+A and after that CTRL+C

   A: Those are keys on your keyboard. Keep in mind that + means you need to hold them at the same time
3. Now you're going to browse to your C:\ drive or whatever your drive is which has most space available, press the right button on your mouse-device and you're going to click 'new' and then 'folder'/'directory'
   Now type 'mw3server' and hit enter.

4. Double click the folder you just created and press CTRL+V

   In the next screen[1] type 'C:\mw3server' and hit enter.

   A: Relax your butthole and make sure you did the last steps correctly and you also are extracting those files to the directory you copied your MW3 files into
