Is there a tool for no weapon sway/no fog/dust?

Hey everyone,

As the title suggests, is there any tool or something alike that eliminates weapon sway(prefferably scope sway) and something that eliminates distant fog/dust?

Would like to test it out and maybe even start up a dedi server with it, if it does excist

its a nividia graphics card (8800GT) but it alows you to see through the smoke and fog
