Functions:

send CMDs to the MW3 Console
Output the server console on the Webinterface
Upload Files to the server folders

If you’re a landlord in the UK, understanding Section 21 is important. This legal notice allows landlords to evict tenants without giving a reason, as long as the tenancy agreement has ended. However, landlords must follow the correct process, including providing two months' notice and ensuring the property meets legal standards. Failure to comply can make the eviction invalid. Games like MW3 / MW2 offer structured rules, just like tenancy laws—following them properly avoids trouble. Whether managing rentals or playing games, knowing the system helps you stay ahead. Always check the latest regulations before issuing a Section 21 notice.
