MW3 Server problem

hey guys. i did run a server before this and it worked very well
now im running the server on a windows server 2003 and when i run it
and put the start_map_rotate in place and exec it , server crashes
and if i had the add on installed , dumps this error

[04:40:40] EXCEPTION: 0xC0000005 at address 0x52F489

and gives me error like this:

a crash dump has been written to ....... ".dmp"
do you wish to contniue?


What the Fuck is the problem?

BTW , I have ALL Of .NET , 2, 3 , 3.5 , 4
and installed C++ Redist 2008 and 2010

When I Ran it Fro The First Time , It Asked For Update And I Pushed Yes . Anything else?

Yeah, updated iw5mp_server.exe and other files.

what i do then? i use a no cpu check iw5server.exe
and i just downloaded everything. so what?

i had deleted the "video" from the main folder , and when i restored it , i recieved this instead of crashing : Steam Game Server initialization failed. Unable to continue.
Check installation and verify port settings

Any Idea?
