Mw2 lib 1.06 not opening help!

Everytime i try to start up mw2 lib 1.06 it does not open and i download the file from here 5 diffrent times still not working and this is my first post thing so dont call me a noob becuse i dont know how to fix it plz help me steam: nykingz23 ty plz help me!!!!!!

It says you something like: unable to connect to mw2 liberation module?

Try to launch from Admin right or change compa-ble to your OS.
I had same problem with 1.01 - or just try to launch it many times. It opens, but now shows. Process name is like: ~D(random letters).tmp or exe (for kill it )
