How i can enable private messages ?? ^^

The Problem that I cant start the Dedicated SErver is fixed.

How I can log in in the rcon and why i dont can do any settings in the sv_config.ini and how i can make own infected classes ??

Thx in Advance and sry for much Questions ^^

then enable : "Receive private messages from other users."
and click on update options.
