It's more likely that they realised they forgot to remove Radiant in the last minute, so now they spend days removing it.

I'm wondering if it will be possible to create and play any custom maps (like the good old days)
Or have they fully locked it down so NO one could mod any maps?
Maybe when MW3 comes out?

First of all this thread is old, the modtools are already released.
Though without radiant which is the tool that we can use to create custom maps Awesome

We hope treyarch will still release it but we don't have think it's gonna happen anymore since black ops is almost a year old now
