playing mods on dedicated servers:

• start black ops
  
• open the console by clicking on ^ or (depends on keyboard language)
  
• type in: /connect IPORT like /connect 216.155.146.132:3074 (in this case the AI Zombie Server)
  
• or another Example with POW Zombie
  
• Code:

  /connect 216.155.140.226:3074
• hit enter, the game will connect to the server
  

you want to host your own mod: (only friends can join)

Because of the high level of activity on our Zombie server, we have decided to open an additional server to fit even more players. Currently both servers are running the exactly same mod but after time they will be very different . VIP members will be able to use VIP classes on both servers.

So if one of the servers are full, you still have the opportunity to play on the other!
