the dvar is a fake made by treyarch, it has no function

that's all just a ghost dvar that goes to the next ghost dvar ( lol pb )

and yes vac is already working after you start your game but there don't ban you when they see some blacklisted shit. only if you join a server using blacklisted hax/detours what ever.

VAC2 runs ALL THE TIME
It just doesn't send the banrequest on certain servers.
