well obviously this is not how they are really done, such people as faze or optic members are not that XX PRO LIEK OKAJ shit, but it still nearly the way you showed - they just use snipes normally, then only one stays alive (SND usually) and he just stands while they try to quickscope him (usually failing and dying and restarting SND)
