As I get it - Season pass means "the full game", just like GOTY, or what?

Nope, you'll get only dlc packs.

You get only the DLCs, but if you buy the game any time later you will own the DLCs already.

That is the same way how I got all BF4 pistols from my 1st day on it: It was 0 some day so I took it, later when I got the game I was able to select from any pistol from the start of the first MP game.
