Hello ladies and gentleman I present to you, my really haxy way of doing Cranked.
Do note that this version only supports the cranked shit where once you're in cranked you get Sleight of Hand + Pro, Marathon + Pro, and Lightweight.
I'll probably do my stalker function for this in an update maybe tomorrow.
Also so you can use this in any mode as long as you set in your server.cfg (or functions.gsc): scr_cranked_time (input time). It works just fine with TDM, haven't tested others so go nuts.
But yeah here's a screenie...
Current Version:

Changelog:
Version 1.0: First release.
Version 1.1: Fixed a few bugs.
Version 1.2: Fixed killed a player who's in a killstreak. Now you'll just lose your cranked. Remade the Cranked text.
Getting a kill with a killstreak won't give you/update your cranked.
Disabled Last Stand, Deathstreaks, and Danger Close.
Version 1.3: Fixed a bug in _damage.gsc relating to a player dying it would start the Cranked timer again.
Added experimental Stalker code (still being fixed up ladies and gentleman).
Added a background to text (tis broken for now).
Went from integers to bool (thanks momo for suggestion).
Please guys do not copy or edit the mod without my permission.
To change the time in cranked mode, add in server.cfg: scr_cranked_time TIME
