It is NOT possible to boost your prestige neither your level on ranked servers.
It has been patched a while ago.

How does it work? Do you just open the modloader and open black ops and then start a CT game? Cause thats what I did and nothing happened.....I still got 100 Exp Per kill and did not rank up prestige wise...are there console commands or something? I really want gold guns in CT along with more create a classes. Any help here guys?
